Nigella’s Peanut Butter Pasta - has anyone made it?

It’s the one from her new recipes for Ocado; they come in at £1.25 a portion

I like all the flavours and also a “thin” sauce but I didn’t get this one quite right, having halved the recipe amounts for two for lunch. I also used crunchy peanut butter when smooth would have been better. Thinking of adding some pan-fried mushrooms another time, and making the sauce a little thicker; although defeating Nigella’s point about pans and time (and I suppose, cost) it would add another texture. I enjoyed having spinach again though so am looking to use the rest of the bag in something tomorrow

Anyone else tried it and have any thoughts?

Not tried this but will have a look. It definitely sounds interesting.

No but is it similar to this from Nigella Express?

No but someone in the i newspaper did and wrote an article. She said she found the idea gross at the offset but it tasted “ quite ok”. Not a massive endorsement!

It is more simple basic than that one @HalfWower as it’s a range of recipes designed to save money
