I've just unpacked my supermarket delivery, I ordered 2 fillets of sea bass, they have delivered two whole sea bream.
I don't do fish with heads, not even trout.
I don't want to attempt to fillet them, or cut the heads off.
Has anyone got an easy recipe for a whole (well there are 2 so 2 recipes would be welcome) sea bream?
I'm thinking I can sort of put them in foil parcels but what goes well with them.
I can't freeze them as they have previously been frozen.
