Making pies should I bake before freezing?

I have a load of slow cooked brisket leftover and thought I'd make some pasties. I would make pie but I don't have a small enough pie dish.
I want two for tonight and the rest to go in the freezer. I wondered if I might get better results by freezing them uncooked?
Obviously the meat in the filling has been cooked so would end up being cooked three times.

I'd freeze them uncooked on the basis that when you buy a frozen pie from a shop they haven't been pre baked - I don't know from experience though!
