Beef roasting joint but don't want roast beef

I've taken a beef roasting joint out of the freezer that I bought when I thought we had a crowd coming round. But now I'm looking at it, it's 1.5kg and I don't really fancy a straight 'roast beef' and there are only three of us at home tomorrow. How can I cook it? I have everything in and obvs can pop out tomorrow, have an air fryer and and slow cooker, just no inspiration.

Any ideas? It looks really lean, but could I slow cook it into a ragu or something?

I’d slow cooker it, a couple of sliced onions in the bottom, a splash of stock and on for a good 6-8hrs to get pulled beef. You could then make chilli/ragu/hot pulled beef sarnies/tacos and still keep some to freeze

Pulled Firecracker Brisket - BBC Goodfood recipe. Fab.

I do this most weeks. Slow cooker.
Then pull it apart and make fab sandwiches, steak pie.
Or serve as a roast, make loads of gravy and freeze in 2 or 3 person portions with gravy for next time you fancy a "roast" dinner.
