I've got pulled pork in tacos tonight, & was thinking about side dishes.
I've already made a tomato salsa.
I've got some tired hispi cabbage & carrots , + onions; I don't think a regular cole slaw would work
I'm thinking about cooking them lightly, then adding mayo.
Never tried cooking with mayo, instinct tells me to add it off the heat.
Anyone cooked with mayo? Any ideas please?
