It's not something easily found here, does anyone have a lovely pumpkin spice recipe that I can put together in a jar?

“Pumpkin spice” simply means the spices that are put in pumpkin pie- so depending on your recipe it’s a mix of cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla and (sometimes) cloves.

Use ground Cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves. 3:3:1:0.5.
Works for me.

Be really careful with the cloves as they take over everything. It's easier to add a pinch than take one out!

Thank you 😊

I use James Hoffmann’s recipe, though I source the single origin spices suggested for it. I worried it would be too heavy on the cinnamon with it being 60% of the mix, but it very good and well balanced.

Eeek!
Ratio should be 3:1:1:0.5

Don't use 3 of ginger: it will be delicious but you won't taste the pumpkin!!!

😆 @ODFOx thank you!
