What's your favourite Dundee cake recipe please??

Anyone got any fabulous Dundee cake recipes please? I've not made one for years but it's my boyfriend's favourite so I thought I'd have a go for his birthday. Glazed would be nice especially.

Oh my goodness I haven't had a Dundee cake in YEARS! It was. Always my favourite, I always asked for it for my birthday cake and my lovely mum slaved over it, making lovely patterns with the almonds on top. Sue Lawrence's recipe is fab, I can look out my book for the recipe for you if you like?
