Mujaddara, spiced rice and brown lentils with caramelised onions. I make a big batch and freeze it. When I used to take it into work people got jealous so I ended up taking in extra!

Technically it's a side dish it goes well with a tagine style stew, but I also love it as the main meal with some veggies or salad.

Cauliflower curry with boiled eggs.

Pasta with tomato sauce.

Rice with any type of vegetables, herbs or spice to make it curry/chilli etc.

Can we have your recipe please?

@RagzRebooted I really like the sound of that , I don't have an instant pot but I suppose a slow cooker would work or the hob .

@RagzRebooted it's made up but it turned out really well so I make it quite a bit now . In a wok I sauté halved cherry tomatoes, add generous shake of basil and thyme ( meanwhile the tagliatelle is cooking) add either creme fraiche or double cream and some vegetable stock bring it all to the boil then add the pasta and stir through . Tonight I added cheese and some green peppers that needed using up , thou it doesn't really need the cheese to be honest . There is a stall in our town on a Saturday that sells massive bags of fruit and veg for a £1 so the cherry tomatoes were super cheap .

I don't (not really a bread kind of person!) but if you like bread, go for it!
