Stupid question, if I was to make a large vegetable pasta bake today for work lunches this week, I'd need to freeze 2 portions to eat Friday and Saturday. Would I need to reheat it to eat, or can I just let it defrost and eat it cold? When I take it for lunch without freezing it, I just leave it in my bag all morning and eat it at room temperature at lunchtime, but can't get my head around doing this from frozen!
