Any ideas for a lovely autumn dinner for three of us?

DH won’t eat anything cream based.

DS not keen on minced beef so lasagne etc out.

Any ideas? Looking through recipe books feeling uninspired.

Chicken fajitas, instead of soured cream use natural yoghurt. Chicken enchiladas. Curry. Pulled pork.

Chicken soup, beef stew, fish soup, green lentil and thick ham soup, leek mushroom and chicken pie, quiche loraine, pulled pork buns, beetroot borscht, roast chicken and beef, fishcakes and sweet potato mash. Apple and bb crumble with home made custard.🍁🍂

And roast fennel!
