Chicken curry after 4 days?

Hello! I made a chicken curry on Monday night and was going to heat the leftovers up tonight for tea. Conflicting advice online, some say 48 hours for cooked chicken and others say 3-4 days (well which is it? 3 or 4?). Has anyone else eaten 4 day old reheated chicken curry and lived to tell the tale? I don’t want to kill anyone. TIA.

I would make sure it smells OK and that it's heated through thoroughly.

Id say no, it’s right at the end of its 4th day too. Doesn’t matter if it smells ok, it can still contain bacteria that can make you ill

Should be ok. Give it a sniff. Maybe not tomorrow though. I’ve eaten prawns in sweet chilli sauce at 4 days. Perfectly fine.
