Hi, I am trying to find some things to make in my slow cooker. Can you make a chicken and gravy pie filling in the slow cooker using left over roast chicken? Sorry if this is obvious but I am very new to cooking!

Yes you can make the pie filling in the slow cooker, I do this all the time and then put in an pie dish topped with pastry and put in the oven for 25 mins or so to cook the pastry.

If it's using leftover roast chicken, it's already cooked so doesn't need the slowcooker?

You can just fry off some onion and maybe mushroom, add the chicken and gravy. Pop on a pastry lid and stick in the oven. You don't need slow cooking if the chicken is pre cooked, just make sure it is piping hot when done.
