Does anyone own a Copy of The Readers Digest Cookery Year? Paella Recipe Needed.

This book taught me to cook literally. My mother can't cook and as a young adult before the internet this book saved the day.
I am making Paella tomorrow and have used the recipe in this book several times in the past with great sucess. My copy seems to have disappeared after my last house move so wondered if anyone has the book/recipe.
I think is is called Paella Valencia- many thanks!

Thanks, not sure that is the same recipe. The Reader's Digest UK had thyme and rosemary, squid, mussels etc.

Eat Your Books has the ingredients for the majority of cook books. For obvious reasons they can’t print the quantities and full recipe, but this might tide you over until you can repurchase the book.

Thanks everyone.

AlloftheTime that's the one. Although I can see how dated the recipe is- calls for long grain rice!
