Vermicelli rice

Dumb question, but I’ve seen recipies for vermicelli rice and it looks so tasty! I make my rice in a rice cooker though, is there a way of cooking vermicelli rice in a basic rice cooker?

I think you might mean vermicelli rice noodles? If so, you just soak them in boiling water according to packet instructions.
