Broth mix - what else can you make with it aside from soup?

I want to use up some broth mix but I don't want to make soup with it - we've just finished a very pot of scotch broth.

When I google for recipes, I only get scotch broth. Does anyone use the broth mix in different recipes? Looking for recipe help please

I always add it to spaghetti bolognese, casseroles and Mexican beef. To add flavour. You can also use a little in a stir fry when you want to steam the veggies in your wok. You can make risotto.

Having had a lot of broth in my life (and love it) I feel a whole new avenue has opened up in using it in casseroles and stews. Genius! It just makes so much sense. Feel a bit daft for not thinking about this before. We always have the dregs of a bag of broth mix in the cupboard.

How about soaking them in boiling strong vegetarian stock ( Oxo even make a good vegan chicken one now ) ..drain when they are soft but a slight nutty so dente on the split peas etc..Cook & mash some potatoes & season then ,season well maybe cracked pepper ,garlic powder or fried garlic ,smoked paprika etc..or just chipped onion & lots of grated strong cheese..Mix this into the broth mix ,add a bit of flour & with floured hands shape into croquettes..On a plate crush cornflakes with seasoning ,dip each croquette in beaten egg & cornflakes & either spray liberally in oil & air fry or deep fry..From my own cooking even though I.haven't made these I.know they'll be delicious ..Any veg added like dark green well chopped well drained kale or finely cubed raw red sports added in would be grest..so would drained tinned black beans ,I make lovely black bean burgers in a similar way
