Slow cooker

Hi all please can anyone recommend me a slow cooker recipe book/recipes. I currently only cook beef casserole, goulash and brisket in my slow cooker but love it.

Got to work a bit more at the moment and it's so nice coming home to a piping hot tasty meal.

However, my repertoire is a bit limited.

Tagine - this needs a lot of ingredients but requires very little prep and no browning at all!
Pulled pork
Sausage casserole
Thai green curry
Chilli con carne
Bolognese
Chicken stroganoff

I have always hated my slow cooker, until i found Taming Twins and Bored of Lunch on instagram - suddenly it's not just bad smelling slop that all looks the same! x

There are lots of Facebook pages for slow cooker recipes.

Soak a small piece of gammon overnight, then put it and half a glass of apple juice into the slow cooker. Add a couple of peppercorns, and some carrots & onions, and cook on low for four hours.

Perfect, super-easy gammon. 😊
