Healthy Cookbook Recommendations

DH and I have decided to try and eat healthier. Our diets aren't terrible, and we love most foods, but do find that we rely on convenience food a bit too much and both aren't feeling too happy about ourselves.

We definitely want to eat less meat so veggie/vegan book suggestions are welcome. I've searched Amazon, but there are so many books I don't know what to buy. I would welcome any suggestions!

How adventurous a cook are you? I love the book A Change of Appetite by Diana Henry. Also the Tom Kerridge and Hairy Bikers books are supposed to be great.

I love cooking! I don't have much time on a weeknight but more than happy to stretch myself on a weekend with something adventurous. Thanks for the recommendation!

East by Meera Sodha is a favourite cook book of mine. 100% vegetarian with a large amount also being vegan. There are some indulgent dishes in there, but I find most suitable for weekdays.

I enjoyed both the Jamie Oliver Superfoods books, but I nearly always tweak his recipes as something always seems off to me, and if I don't, my idea was usually right! So depends how happy you are following your instincts for cooking!

I like the Pinch of Nom books very easy to follow and all give calorie details.
