Ocado brought me some mild cheddar, what shall I do with it?

Ocado have accidentally delivered 2 large packs of mild cheddar to me this morning. I haven't paid for it. I have also received the large pack of mature cheddar that I have paid for.
Any ideas of good things to do with mild cheddar? Or shall I take it to the food bank?

Use it half & half with your mature cheddar?

Grate it all and freeze (or just freeze the blocks) and use as above.
