Need to use up onion & chive bagels

I put a few bagels that had been overlooked in the freezer to blitz up for breadcrumbs. I guess I could use them to coat chicken. What would you do with them?

Bagel pizzas

Serve them with soup. Spread them with cream cheese and tomato.

Topping for macaroni and cheese, or any cheese sauce baked dish. If you haven’t already blitzed them cut into pieces and fry in a bit of oil to make croutons for soup.

Slice them downward into lots of little coin sized discs. Place on a baking sheet, spray with a little oil (garlic or chilli oil are also good), sprinkle on a bit of salt and pepper and bake until crisp.
