Using up sour cream & chive dip

Somehow in my online shop I managed to order 3 pots of sour cream dip. 🤦🏼‍♀️

What on earth can I do with all if it? Any recipes I could use it in?

I use it for Fajitas , top of chilli .definitely a jacket potato on its own or mixed with grated cheese, and obviously with a packet of dorritos.

Delicious in mashed potato

What's the dates on them?

Quite a while 17/10.

Least you dont need to use them all up at once .

Use it in a potato salad
