Almond Butter

Bought a massive tub when it was on offer, and find we don't really like it on toast/sandwiches. What else can or be used for - thinking recipes.

It depends if it's the taste or texture you weren't keen on.if the taste recipes probably won't "hide" that.
We have peanut allergy issues so use almond butter as a sub(think Thai style dressings with ginger etc but swapping the nut butters)
Hummus can be made using nut butter rather than tahini.
Switching some /all of the oil in a muffin recipe(makes slightly denser if all)
Stirred into things like porridge with cinnamon/other spices added.

If it's a texture issue try adding a vegetable to the sandwich- think thin sliced cucumber,grated carrot etc.almond butter can feel thicker/more claggy?

I think Neven McGuire does a chicken kebab recipe with almond butter.

Add to smoothies

Blend a dollop with water and a bit of sweetness (sugar, maple syrup, date etc) to make creamy almond milk.

Curry
Soup

There are a lot of almond butter baked goods like muffins, loaves, cookies, etc.

I hate the flavour of peanut so often substitute almond butter in savoury recipes that call for peanut butter - mole, salad dressings, bang bang chicken...

I like it drizzled over apple slices with cinnamon.
you can make a black bean African peanut stew, I can’t see why that couldn’t be adapted.
