I was trying to make a jelly but didn’t read the recipe so added 1 kilo of sugar to the fruit and water when instead I was meant to boil the fruit and water alone then strain, measure liquid and add sugar later.
can anyone clever suggest what to do with the mixture I now have?! Should I see if it makes normal jam?
