What's your best vegetarian recipe suitable for freezing?

My daughter's having a baby soon. I've offered to make some meals that they can freeze and use when the baby's born.
I'm a fairly good cook and cook vegetarian at least once a week.
What I'm not good at is cooking for the freezer. I'll occasionally freeze leftovers and freeze a lot of Christmas dinner stuff in advance, but otherwise I tend to cook from scratch.
Grateful for suggestions for things that freeze well - thank you Smile

This vegetarian chilli is rich and delicious and freezes well. I usually use half the chilli paste as that suits my tastes.

In the same series I’ve made and frozen this moussaka substituting the mince for boiled red lentils and some marmite to replace the umami of the mince.

This is my favourite dal recipe. I’ve never frozen but imagine it would be fine.

For something very indulgent, the Dishoom black dal is divine and freezes beautifully.

These are all sounding delicious - thank you!
See, I'd never have thought of freezing frittata. Which is silly, now I think about it, because it's hot similar ingredients to quiche Blush
