Just cooking sausages....cut one open and found a greeny-blue blob of something in it . DD had some of these last night for tea What should I do? Just take it back to ASDA?

Could it be a blob of herbs or not? Defo take it back to Asda and see what they say - they should at least give you a free pack!!

Not blob of herbs don't think...too blue...looks like mould to me!!!

take it back and whinge LOADS. Try to get as much free stuff back as you can

If it's greeny blue and quite bright in colour it is more likely to be binding twine that can be used in commercial meat-handling to truss it up. Still not acceptable though...or, God forbid, a bit of blue catering sticking plaster...

It would be unlikely to be mould on the inside wouldn't it? I'd take it back and be VERY cross if I were you. Is your dd ok? It would most likely have affected her by now if it was off wouldn't it?

Take it back and talk in a loud peircing voice about young children and food hygiene - then watch those vouchers rack up!

colditzmum rocks! She's got the right idea!
