Cold rice

My OH has kindly made me a lemon and herb rice last night for my lunch today. Is cold rice ok to eat?

Yes. Lots of Asians have rice in their packed lunches.

Yes. Cold rice is fine. The food poisoning risk from rice, occurs when it is kept warm for longish periods. Cooked rice cooled then put in the fridge is perfectly safe.
