Any Lebanese mums out there who can tell me how to make batata hara?

I know it shouldn't be rocket science, but I'm struggling with not burning the garlic.

Also, if there are, those (sorry, forgotten their name) chicken wings and drumsticks grilled, with garlic, coriander and lemon juice.

orangina, a big THANK YOU!!!! Couldn't get to our local shops today, so rather that risk a disappointed dd I made them with chilli, not pepper. Ho hum.

Do you really wash the chicken wings with soap and water ???

Haha, I absolutely didn't check the recipe in that detail! I'm sure you don't wash them with soap.... enjoy (am feeling v hungry thinking about the delicious cooking you have ahead of you!
Am now inspired to print off the chicken and toum and make it next week (with a lovely fattoush on the side, mmmmmmmmmmm....)
