What do you do with ribs.....
Pork Ribs
I tend to use them for spare ribs with a variety of sauces/flavourings, we used to do baby back ribs on the BBQ but have hardly touched the BBQ in the last year.
I also use them in Rachel Roddy's potato gnocchi and pork rib ragu and in Brindisa's fideua
Lamb ribs
Want to make (but haven't yet) Nigella's Lamb ribs with nigella and cumin seeds
Short Ribs
tend to do a slow cook and recently discovered a fab short rib recipe in Mezcla which was a slow cook/mole mash up
But what else do you use them for - particularly pork or lamb as they're cheaper and have a good farm shop nearby
