Lemon ramen tonight. Quick and easy but oh so tasty.

What sort of food do you enjoy making and eating?

Corned beef stovies and crusty bread for us tonight

This week we’ve had
Chicken and pancetta in Boursin with peas and rice
Lamb koftas, veg, tzatziki and chilli sauce in pitta bread
Sausage casserole with mash
Chinese style crispy Pork mince in lettuce cups

Nothing massively complicated, all pretty tasty.

Tonight (as I mentioned on another thread) was this chicken curry.

Yesterday it was homemade steak and kidney pie, with suet crust pastry - I was really proud of it!

Wednesday was salmon and broccoli pasta

Tuesday was sirloin steak, chips, mushrooms, salad and black pepper sauce.

Monday was bacon steaks with baked beans and spicy potato wedges.

Sunday was lamb curry and rice.

Saturday was smoked ham hock with spicy pinto beans and baked potatoes.

Today - hot dogs (bean burger for me) with paprika wedges and cucumber
Yesterday - lasagne
W - Chicken madras and rice
T - macaroni with veg (onions, garlic, diced courgette, pepper, mushrooms, green beans) and ham, grated cheese.
M - tinned cream of mushroom soup beefed up with soup pasta, courgette and spinach, with oven baguette.
S - pulled pork with rice and broccoli
S - pizza (I had olives, anchovies and mushrooms, we do small separate ones so everyone can pick their own toppings).

We're trying to reduce UPF (or rather I am) so most of our cooking is homemade (with the exceptions above of bread, Monday's soup and hot dogs). The madras was from the freezer (DH made it last week) and the pulled pork put another 3 portions in the freezer for the next month.
