Aside from using it to dip crudités in.

Oh I love that one. I like hummus pasta literally just pasta with choice of veggies and mix the hummus through as a sauce.

Coat some chicken breasts with it on a tray with mixed veg drizzled with olive oil and roast in the oven. Serve with couscous if desired. Its not a flavour of humous I would buy either so I've not tried the above with caramelised onion.

It's still in the fridge. Blush

Will it ever get eaten? It looks at me every time I go in there and get out yet another Babybel to eat while toddler DS can't see me and ask for his cheese while I ignore all the other fancier more grown up cheeses.

I'd have with cheese on toast.

Houmous is nice with chips but I dont really like the flavoured houmous, they're never as good

IbizaToTheNorfolkBroads · 18/09/2022 16:47

Really good to thicken the sauce of veggie stews.

FavouriteDogMug · 18/09/2022 16:48

I used it as a dip with cold cocktail sausages, not the healthiest crudités but it goes well.

Dammitthisisshit · 18/09/2022 16:49

Need to be careful about mixing the caramelised onion with other flavours as it can clash.
I prefer it plain or with a few leaves on toasted seedy bread.
Yum

I'd have it with baked chilli feta, toasted pita and salad.
