Lime recipes

Dows anyone have any nice recipes for using limes in baking please? I don’t want to make cheesecake or key lime pie though.

Lemon drizzle but with lime? Lime custard pastel de natas. Make lime curd. Sponge cake with lime jam/buttercream. Basically anything you'd do with lemon.

A coconut and lime loaf/cake.

I'd squeeze them and make cocktails

Lime meringue pie instead of lemon meringue pie. Or a lime drink?

Courgette and lime cake. Or baked feta.

Marmalade? A slow cooker for the initial boiling and a food processor for the chopping up takes a lot of the pain out.
