Breaky- yoghurt with vanilla Powder, berries, walnuts, oats, all bran

Snack- cherry tomatoes

Lunch- rice, beans, peas & spinach

Snack- melon sprinkled with oats

Dinner- salmon, pumpkin chips and peas

Snack- snack pack of protein cookies

Drinks- water and 3 cups of tea with oat milk

Breakfast - special K with chocolate

Lunch - open sandwich with feta and avocado with chips and Aioli (restaurant)

Snack - half a wispa gold

Dinner - beer battered fish, 2 slices of buttered bread, peas with spring onion and 2 ginger nuts

Also had a large glass of sauvingon blanc with lunch! Was a tasty (and not very healthy) day!

Breakfast - cream cheese on toast and a coffee
Lunch - chicken stir fry and brown rice
Snack - pack of fridge raiders (!)
Dinner - cheese and crackers, almond magnum

B: Peanut butter and banana on toast. Apple. Coffee.

L: a pot noodle and a southern fried chicken fillet.

D: pasta in tomato sauce with some chicken and grated cheese. Almond magnum.

L - leftovers made into stir fried rice

S - yoghurt with fruit, lemon Madeleine

Breakfast- cuppa and a fibre one brownie at 4:30am (work 6-10)
Lunch- tuna sandwich and crisps
Dinner- bangers and mash with lots of roasted veg!

Currently sat with a tea and a flapjack fighting sleep, always tired after my Sunday earlies!
