What to do with tinned asparagus

What can I do with 2 x tins of asparagus? I must have seen a recipe I liked but can't find it now. The thought of mushy asparagus isn't appealing. Could I roast it or something?

Quiche.
Pasta.
Risotto.

Soup?

An absolute banger when it comes to retro party finger food in NZ. Make sure the bread you use is the cheapest whitest thinnest supermarket bread you can find. Artisan sourdough is not OK!

In Spain they do a "sandwich vegetal". Quality bread rolls, lettuce, tomato, white asparagus, mayonnaise and sometimes sliced boiled egg too. It really is delicious!

There was a poster earlier today asking what to do with a tin of jackfruit. Maybe you should team up.
