Cupboard/instant food healthy options in jars

OK, I know I'm being picky and if I can't find anything I won't be surprised, but after being ill and struggling to make food for a bit I want to find something I can keep "in stock" as a backup, but preferably not too unhealthy and ideally not in cans. And vegetarian, also 😬 Baked beans, for example, are sugary so that's not really what I'm looking for because I'm trying to lose weight/avoiding sugar and if I keep something like that in I will eat it in a weak moment.

So far I've come up with pesto, stuffed vine leaves and Tilda kids vegetable paella pouches.

Does anyone have any other suggestions? Is there any kind of ready meal that comes in a jar?

Thanks! Those are amazing and just the kind of thing I was thinking of. I've also found out there is long life hummus in jars so that makes a few options.

I don't know if you like stuff like in these images. They're from Sainsbury and a bit cheaper than waitrose/merchant gourmet brands.
I keep a few in my store cupboard for quick use/ emergencies etc.

Don’t forget about sun dried tomatoes, olives and roasted peppers

Do you have a freezer? Lots of options if you do.
e.g. you could make baked beans without any sugar & freeze in portions.

Thanks for the extra suggestions!

I have a freezer but I'm running down the contents with a view to switching it off just before the energy price rises kick in.
