Banana loaf - plenty of bananas

Looking for a recipe for a banana loaf/bread. I have 4 very ripe bananas so looking for something that will use most of them.

Can also add dates/walnuts/choc chipa if needed.

Try Nigella’s recipe. It’s lovely - if you don’t have rum just soak the sultanas in orange juice.
