Batch cooking slow cooker recipes

I just ordered a 6.5L slow cooker. Please share your favourite and successful recipes for batch cooking for a meal, then extra in the freezer.

Gallons of bolognaise sauce. The longer it cooks, the better.

I love Char Siu pork - I use a Gok Wan recipe similar to this :-

I skin a large shoulder of pork, & cut it into pieces along the seam-lines of fat.
No need to marinade as it will be in the sc for hours, just ensure it's well-coated..
Freezes well, but best kept in lumps before freezing.

Pulled pork is another favourite, but use a lot less liquid as it does not evaporate in the sc.
