Urgent - is this enough liquid?

I'm making a veg curry in the slow cooker. DCs don't like tomatoes so I'm going for a korma vibe with coconut milk and ground almonds.

There is just one tin of coconut milk in there, I'd it enough liquid?

Also do you think it will be cooked in 3 or 4 hours on low? Or should I go for medium or high? I have tried to cut the butternut squash quite small but it might still take a while?

Thank you!

Yes more than enough as it will make it's own as it cooks ,in fact I'd half the amount of coconut milk and add more later if need be.

I mean is it enough liquid for the veg to cook and the slow cooker not to burn while we are out :). Sorry I am a beginner!

Put it on high, will take a good 5/6 hours in my experience, veggies take ages, much longer than meat.

Ah damn, OK it's going on high. Might think of a back up plan if it's not ready before DC's bedtime!!

I did fry the onion and put it all on the hob beforehand, so it's not gone in completely cold. Hopefully that helps!

There's nowhere near enough liquid in that pot !

Why do you say that? You cut the amount of liquid in a SC because it makes its own as it cooks. Put too much in and it'll be watery and tasteless.

More than enough liquid, I'd say too much.
Put it on high for a good 4 hours.

Slow cookers seem to generate loads of liquid.

Yes more than enough liquid I’d put it on high or auto if you have auto.
