Ikea ginger thins buffet pudding ideas

I have loads of Ikea ginger thins and lots of people coming round for a buffet/drinks afternoon on Monday.
We're already making a white chocolate cheesecake and various other puddings but wondered if there was any sweet canape style ideas, one mouthful type thing, that you could suggest.
I did wonder about making some teeny meringues and having a blob of vanilla cream on the biscuit with a meringue on top of that. Or would a small splodge of cheesecake mix work?
Any other ideas would be gratefully received! Thanks

I reckon you could cut this tiffin recipe into quite small pieces. Or rocky road.

That sounds nice, thanks. Going to bookmark those recipes for another day I think! I ended up deciding on the mini meringues. So ginger thin, splodge of chantilly cream, then meringue on top. 👍
