How do I convert 150ml sugar and 500ml flour in to something sensible??? It's for banana bread.

just use your jug and measure it in there, tap side to level it - that should work

or 500ml is about 2 cups, so 150 ml is about 2/3 cup

or just use nigella lawson's recipe for banana bread i don't think it can be beaten.

don;t you have a measuring jug that measures liquid in mls?

you could convert Mls to cups then cups to weight

apparently there are 236 ml in a cup, and a cup of sugar weighs 225g and a cup of flour weighs 150g.

You can do the hard bit yourself!!!!!
