Making a roast chicken dinner today and have cooked the chicken a little early so that I can get the juices to make the gravy (before dinner guests arrive). What do I do with the chicken in that time? There'll be about 2 hours before we sit down to eat! Is it safe to keep it wrapped up in foil?
