I never use the whole tin and put the rest in fridge.
But I don't always fancy it the next day or forget its there. It says refridgerate and use within 24 hours. Doesn't mention freezing.

It doesn't list every food but it does have a good selection. Can look in my other book if you wish?

princessmel · 21/01/2008 13:22

Don't go to any trouble, I'm sure it will be fine. Thanks

Canned tuna can be refrigerated for up to three (3) days after opening without spoiling. You can also freeze canned tuna in plastic freezer bags or containers. Just remember to thaw the frozen tuna before use. Freezing extends the storage time by up to three (3) months or more. As with the handling of any perishable food, however, canned tuna should not be left at room temperature for unnecessary periods of time after opening.
