Vegetarian wellington - could anyone share a recipe?

I’m looking for a recipe for a vegetarian wellington (mushroom/nut/lentil) which has a smooth/blended filling so the children don’t try and pick all of the ‘bits’ out. All the recipes I have in my books and online don’t blend the mixture.
Does anyone have a good (reasonably straight forward) recipe they wouldn’t mind sharing? Thanks!

The bosh one is unreal, we have it every Christmas and it’s a real crowd pleaser.

I created one from scratch, having had some experience creating menus and recipes. I suppose you could blend any recipe you find but the trick then is to make it strongly bound enough to work with the pastry. If you do decide to blend any recipe, basically not to the level of puree, then simply use breadcrumbs as the binding agent. Panko breadcrumbs would work well.
Mine will be tested this afternoon and it has a variety of colors, tastes and textures, but again you could simply blend it and bind with breadcrumbs before wrapping in pastry.
