Hi , my noodle nests are always stuck together and sticky can anyone advise how I prevent this please ?

Which noodles are you using?

Brand / type / wheat or rice?

Add a few drops of oil to the water..

I used blue dragon noodle nests

What do you usually do with them? If you boil, are they in a large enough pan?

I think you need to explain more what you are currently doing.

Are you cooking them to then put into a dish? If so once cooked cool them right down. That really helps stop them sticking.
Are you overcooking them as that will make them release more starch and stick.
If you are cooking several nests at once you need quite a large pan to give them space.

I just pour boiling water over noodles

Big pan, lots of water, stir occasionally.
