No Oven Recipe thread for autumn/winter

Thinking of collecting recipes/inspiration for slow cooker, air fryer, instant pot/crock pot or microwave cooking for the autumn winter.

Bonus - if prep is under 10 mins, and extra bonus if can be tailored to suit the taste buds of spice loving families!

We need to get into routine of putting things on in morning before work to come home to.

ONE RULE: No Oven!

They should do fine- indeed well- in a slow cooker. They tend to overcook in the pressure cooker. Try a small handful in with something else first.

Thanks Pickle. I've been wondering if there would be enough heat to actually cook and soften them. I do beans in my pressure cooker but that just turns lentils to total mush, and it's not a nice texture.
