Favourite potato salad recipe?

Anyone got one to share? I need to take one to a bbq and all inspiration has deserted me.

As bobs but I also put in a bit of creme fraiche and some salt and garlic too.

me too. The yoghurt makes it much lighter so it's not "claggy". I also stir in a tiny amount of mustard.

Alternatively, roast new potatoes with Delias vinaigrette

Salt is the key to potato salad, and good mayo. New potatoes halved, good mayo, salt and fresh pepper with some chopped chives and parsley. Sometimes I do some very very finely chopped smoked sausage in there too.
