Going away in a few days so don’t want to do a food shop and want to use some of the stuff up. I’m vegetarian, looking for lunch/tea ideas. Thanks :

- bulgar wheat
- 1 potato
- noodles
- tinned tomatoes
- artichokes
- kidney beans
- onions
- frozen med veg
- frozen peppers
- frozen peas
- oats
- butter
I have a whole host of seasonings, stock cubes, oil etc. I can do a small supplemental shop but would like to try use some stuff up.
I don’t have a working blender but have pretty much everything else.
