Food for games night?

We are hosting a games night tomorrow. Only 4 of us. What do I do!? One pregnant guest that's it

Are they coming for an evening meal or just snacks and drinks? Will they be snacking whilst playing boards games?

If just for snacks- nuts, bombay mix, carrots/celery and dips, cheese platter with grapes/figs/crackers, fruit platter in this heat?

They will need dinner. I might do easy tapas?

Honestly, in this heat, I'd do a cold mezze table.
