I have a few packets of pre cook sandwich chicken that need using up. Is it safe to give my 9 month old this cold?

thank you

Is it just plain roast chicken or does it have seasoning on? Sandwich meat can have a lot of salt in so you would need to check.
‘Need using up’ as in going out of date? If that’s the reason then I’d not give it to them at all. If you just have a lot and want to use it you could heat it up in some gravy & they could have it for dinner if you are worried about giving it cold?

I should imagine it’s had salt and stabilisers and maybe dextrose added. I wouldn’t.

I would give my 9 month old a wee taste, but would only be a mouthful alongside fruit etc.

Normal home made roast chicken I'd give her a bit more.
