Blueberry and peach purée gelling?

I made a batch of blueberry and peach purée and froze them.

I defrosted one in the fridge over night, just gone to use it and it’s like jelly, I tried microwaving it but just made it worse.

does this mean the whole batch I froze is no good?

It'll be edible, just not the texture you had planned! Maybe the fruit was very pectin-y, or you cooked it for longer than needed?
