For years, we have been enjoying this - truly unique - loaf from Sainsburys

No amount of scouring every bakery, supermarket or artisan farmers market has thrown up anything remotely close (not helped by the fact that the family have very exacting tastes).

On the basis that (as with a lot of things) it's getting harder to source (and seems to have been "improved") I thought I would put out a last plea to anyone who might know what the ratios in :

INGREDIENTS: Fortified British Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Water, Sunflower Seeds (7%), Linseed (4.0%), Pumpkin Seeds (2.0%), Rye Flour, Oats, Wheat Gluten, Wheat Bran, Poppy Seed (1.5%), Quinoa (1.5%), Sugar, Salt, Yeast, Caramelised Sugar, Malted Wheat Flour, Flour Treatment Agent: Ascorbic Acid.

might be ?

Thanking you all in advance.

(There's also the bread slicing solution ....)
