Stir fry sauce ideas please.

Ok I am aiming to make a beef stir fry but I need a (easy) sauce. I have hosion and teriyaki in the cupboard I think I have oyster sauce too, is there a sauce I can make using these? Would those flavours work with beef? I'm useless at stuff like this lol

I don't tend to bother with actual sauces when making a stir fry. A glug of hoisinwith a dash of water and perhaps some lime would work.

I quite often just splash generously with soy sauce then add lime juice.

I add dark soy sauce and some hot chilli sauce. Works a treat.

i do equal parts soy sauce and lime juice with some ginger and garlic and it’s always tasty, but I only ever do chicken stir fry so not sure about beef.
